Our Kauai trip this year was nothing short of amazing! We saw everything we ever wanted to see and had a great time with my parents tagging along! We took an 8 hour boat ride up the Na Pali Coast and over the mysterious and inhabited island across the way. We saw a beautiful sunrise and dolphins along the way. The water was beautiful and I loved Kauai even more than Oahu. The Na Pali Coast can only be seen by boat or helicopter....and was definitely worth the price. One of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen.
Grandma Chali hosted a great Christmas Party this year with the best Santa ever! All the kids got to sit on his lap, no one cried, and everyone got a little gift from Santa!
I'm so proud of myself because 2010 is the first year I have hosted Thanksgiving in my brand new house! It was a lot of work but tons of fun. I made turkey, mashed potatoes, pretzel jello salad, creamed corn, green bean casserole, pumpkin pie, apple pie, and Tyson's family tradition of seafood cocktail. It was all delicious and so exciting to fit everyone around my table and in my house!
Tyson and Brittany were high school sweethearts who have been married for 13 years now! Tyson is an anesthesiologist and is finished doing a one year Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at UCSD. He is now working in private practice in SLC. He is a genius and an awesome dad. Brittany is a full time mother of four children; Connor (10), Courtney (8), Owen (4) and Jack (2). We had been in San Diego for the past 10 years. Tyson loves ALL sports and I am not kidding. Brittany loves the beach, surfing, tennis, working out, cooking, shopping and babies! And really loves lifting heavy weights. She is currently the Utah State Champion in her weight class!
