Dad's trick: originated by Grandpa Siggard and his dad
My tribue to Jack: I can't believe he is already one year old! That was the fastest year of my life and the easiest baby under a year that was ever born! Honestly, I love this baby soooo much. Our home is so much happier with him here. He is definitely a miniature Tyson. So mild-mannered, easy-going, easy to please, care free and happy. Not to mention his looks! His adorable dimples and his football player bod! He measured in the 95th percentile for his height and 75th for his weight. On his birthday, his cousin Xander came down for a visit and we went out in the baby pool for some splash time. (It was 98 degrees that day). There were lots of kids and a bunch of floaties hanging around. We put him in the Hello Kitty floatie and he loved it. I found one today at Target. He had a giant cupcake and it was his first time trying cake too! On Saturday we had a giant celebration for him and Owen. (Next post). Happy Birthday Jack!
Thanks to Tyson's brother Brad, who is a professional snowmobile guide in the winter, we had our first snowmobiling excursion ever, and without kids too! It was a lot of fun but kind of scary. Brad took us up some crazy hills and at one point to an amazing view at nearly 12,000 feet! We had a lot of fun and I would do it again and again! Tyson's cousin Danny came with us too and Danny and Brad were able to show us some cool tricks on the snowmobiles! Thanks Brad, we would love to do it next year too!
Tyson and Brittany were high school sweethearts who have been married for 13 years now! Tyson is an anesthesiologist and is finished doing a one year Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at UCSD. He is now working in private practice in SLC. He is a genius and an awesome dad. Brittany is a full time mother of four children; Connor (10), Courtney (8), Owen (4) and Jack (2). We had been in San Diego for the past 10 years. Tyson loves ALL sports and I am not kidding. Brittany loves the beach, surfing, tennis, working out, cooking, shopping and babies! And really loves lifting heavy weights. She is currently the Utah State Champion in her weight class!
